2021 . The Backstory.
THE PROBLEM
In 2021 during COVID-19, times were tough.
People were hostile. Stressed. Scared. Burnout. Tired.
And didn't communicate well.
THE SOLUTION
My wife Jessica and I created a group called "Coffee with Champions."
It was a place for people of all backgrounds and beliefs to come together. To talk about problems they had faced and how they overcame them.
It was all wrapped around the theme of "Be a Force for Good."

5 YEARS LATER
We grew from one group to two groups, to many groups!
People came together. Became united.
They learned how to communicate better. And it became a movement.
And today, users have attended our workshops over 22,000 times. And they keep coming back.
Our program is used in healthcare, tech, construction, manufacturing, non-profits, and more.
We give God the credit for all those who have come alongside us to support this vision.

Co-founder
Jessica has been Lance's partner in business and life since 1993.
She works behinds the scenes at Coffee with Champions and has been part of every decision that has shaped the program into what it is today.
She brings steadiness and care to the work, keeping it grounded and personal.
