2021 . The Backstory.
THE PROBLEM
In 2021 during COVID-19, times were tough.
People were hostile. Stressed. Scared. Burnout. Tired.
THE SOLUTION
My wife Jessica and I created a group called "Coffee with Champions."
It was a place for people of all backgrounds and beliefs to come together. To discuss problems they had faced and how they overcame them.
And it was all wrapped around a theme of "Be a Force for Good."

5 YEARS LATER
We grew from one group to two groups, to many groups!
People came together. Became united. Stress diminished. They learned how to overcome burnout. And it became a movement.
And today, users have attended our workshops over 22,000 times. And they keep coming back.
Our program is used in healthcare, tech, construction, manufacturing, non-profits, and more.
We give God the credit for all those who have come along side us to support this vision. You are a Force for Good!

Jessica has been Lance's partner in business and life since 1993.
She works behinds the scenes at Coffee with Champions and has been part of every decision that has shaped the program into what it is today.
She brings steadiness and care to the work, keeping it grounded and personal.
