Who can facilitate a workshop?
Any willing leader or up-and-coming leader on your team. No facilitation experience needed. Lance walks the group through each session in the video, so the facilitator's job is to hit play and guide the discussion. About 15 minutes of prep per workshop.

How big can the group be?
3 to 30 people for a single group. Bigger teams watch the video together and split into smaller groups for the discussion. 

 

How often should we meet?
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Whatever fits your team's rhythm. The more often you meet, the faster the change builds.
