1. Quick Snapshot
Share Coffee with Champions by making a friendly introduction. You will earn 20% of every dollar your referral pays for as long as that customer stays with us (see limits in section 2), plus a smaller reward for future add-ons.

2. Commission Details
First payment: You earn 20% of the money we receive from your referral’s first invoice (after refunds or discounts), as long as it's within your 12-month referral window (section 4).

Extra locations or seats: You earn 5% on payments if your referral adds more people or locations later, up to the yearly limit per customer.

​

Cap: Maximum $10,000 per referred customer, per calendar year (combined initial and add-on rewards).

​

Lifetime: Rewards continue for the customer's lifetime unless the program ends or changes (section 8).

 

3. Qualified Referral
Your referral is qualified when you:​

 

1. Send a friendly email introduction (or joint meeting invite) connecting your contact to a Coffee with Champions team member before we directly discuss buying with that contact.

2. Receive a confirmation from us that your referral is accepted.

Your referral belongs to you for 12 months from your introduction date. After that, someone else can introduce them again.

4. Attribution - First-Qualified 12-Month Rule
The first qualified friendly introduction owns 100% of the rewards for 12 months from the introduction date. If the customer does not sign up within that period, your referral ends, and someone else can introduce them. Coffee with Champions decides any disputes about referrals.
 

5. Payout Schedule
Quarterly payments through our payment provider (ACH or check) in the months of January, April, July, and October.

Payments are eligible for commission only after the customer’s 60-day money-back period has passed. This rule applies to both one-time and monthly payments.

6. Referrer Responsibilities
Disclosure: Clearly state something like, “I may receive a referral reward from Coffee with Champions if you sign up.” This disclosure is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you don’t include this disclosure, you might not earn rewards from that referral.

No paid search on Coffee with Champions or Sunward brand keywords.

No bulk emails or spam.

No using trademarks (logos or brand names) without written permission.
Represent the program honestly, without false claims or high-pressure tactics.

7. Independent Contractor & Taxes
You join as an independent contractor, not an employee. Send us a Form W-9 before we pay you the first time. We will issue a Form 1099-NEC if your rewards total $600 or more in a calendar year.

8. Program Changes & Termination
Coffee with Champions can change or end this program with 30 days’ written notice. Changes won’t affect rewards earned on accepted referrals before the change. We might pay your future rewards all at once, based on your average earnings from the last year.

9. Limitation of Liability
Coffee with Champions’ total liability under this program is limited to rewards you earned but haven’t been paid yet, subject to the per-customer cap.

10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled by state or federal courts located in Miami County, Ohio.

 

11. Miscellaneous
Assignment: We may transfer these terms to another company without asking you first.
Entire Agreement: These terms cover everything about our referral rewards program and replace anything we agreed on before.
Severability: If one part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest will still apply.

12. Acceptance
By joining the program and submitting referrals, you agree to the terms above. We’re excited to partner with you.
