Why Free?
What does Coffee with Champions gain by offering these programs for free?
The "give back" program is our way of being a "force for good". We believe that great leadership starts with giving. We expect nothing in return for this. There are no strings attached.
CwC - Free Chamber Version
Which Chambers are eligible for the "Give Back" program?
New interested chambers must complete a brief application to ensure we are a good fit for them.
How long does a Chamber have access for?
One year. At the end of the year, if the CwC program has been successful and the chamber wants to continue with it, we will renew access at no charge.
Can we seek sponsors to offset the cost of running the program?
Yes. We encourage this to help support this chamber event.
Can we charge members to attend?
No. What makes our workshops great is the diversity of attendees. Some people are just getting started in a new business, so charging an attendance fee may financially prohibit some from joining in the conversation.
CwC - Free Employee Version
Do we need to promote the "Employee Version" of Coffee with Champions actively?
It is completely up to you, depending on your promotion guidelines. While we would love for you to spread the word so that more teams can benefit, we understand if this conflicts with your advertising policies.
Our Chamber wants to promote the free "Employee Version" of Coffee with Champions. How do we do that?
Each chamber will have a dedicated webpage. You can share that link with your members through social media, newsletters, or any other method you choose.
What is the curriculum of the "Employee Version"?
It is 12 workshops on employee communication and professional develoment.
This is separate from our paid version of Team Builder Pro, which is 100+ workshops and $8,000 per year.
How will Chamber members know about the free Team Builder employee version?
There will be a link at the bottom right of the worksheet. This will lead to a personalized web page for your chamber where they can sign up.
You can also choose to promote the program with your dedicated Chamber webpage link.
How does the CwC Employee Version fit alongside other members who offer coaching?
We do not see our program as a competitor to coaches, but rather a complimentary tool that leaders use with their employees. Almost all our corporate clients also use separate business coaching from other companies alongside our program.
Our program will often prompt leaders to consider seeking external coaching.
